ProVideoMeeting will automatically adjust your meeting experience based on the available bandwidth of your connection.  The following is recommended for each meeting participant.
  1. For video calls up to 3 Participants
    1. 600kbps (up/down)
  2. For video calls up to 25 Participants
    1. 1.0 Mbps/600kbps (up/down)
  3. For screen sharing:
    1. add 50-75kbps
  4. For audio-only:
    1. 60-80kbps
