My participants cannot see me
If your participants cannot see you, there are a few possible reasons that could be caused by your connection or theirs:
- Your camera may be muted. Check your Camera icon and if muted, click the icon again to unmute.
- The wrong camera device is selected. Check your Camera settings and confirm the correct device is selected. During a meeting, go to Settings > Media > Camera. Change your camera device and click Save media settings.
- Did you allow your microphone and camera when prompted by the browser? Sometimes we miss this message when first joining a meeting. Your browser needs to know that you give ProVideoMeeting permission to use your camera.
- Your camera may be in use by another program. Please close all programs that may be using your video camera, then refresh the meeting.
