How do I cancel my subscription?
Canceling your subscription will remove the monthly auto-renewal of your paid subscription.
You will not lose the benefits of all Advanced features until the end of your next billing cycle, where your account will automatically downgrade to the free Basic Plan.
- Visit: https://provideomeeting.com/home
- Click Subscriptions on the left menu
- Then, click the Cancel plan button
You will be asked to confirm your choice to cancel your renewal. Click Yes to confirm cancellation.
If you accidentally canceled your renewal or wish to continue using ProVideoMeeting, simply repeat these instructions and click the Upgrade button.
